WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE

We initially do a comprehensive technical assessment and provide you with a professional overview report of the condition of your property, including a detailed fault list. This report can be used as basis for your maintenance plan for the property and your contractual relationship with a tenant.

The report also includes a list of all faults discovered, designated with icons which indicate the severity thereof. In the event of a rental property, we can also do a similar assessment report at the end of a contractual term.

The property condition report includes a detailed maintenance plan according to a time line programme for property owners who prefer to do ongoing cost-effective preventative maintenance, rather than sporadic cost-intensive emergency repairs.

This is also an excellent tool for Body Corporates to comply with the statutory 10-year maintenance requirements for complexes.

The assessment report includes quotations for the repairs of the listed faults as well as a recommendation for a structured management plan for the continued maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Green Light

Condition acceptable for 7-10 years.

Orange Light

Area will need attention within the next 3-5 years.
